Z-Lace combines the precise adjustment of a lace-up road cycling shoe with the support of the Z1 PRO carbon-fibre outsole. Fine-tune tension across the instep, then use the FIDLOCK® quick-release cord fastener for easier opening and removal.
Adjust the fit across your instep
An eight-pair eyelet lacing layout adds an extra point of adjustment to the conventional arrangement, giving you more scope to balance tension across different areas of the instep.
Z1 PRO carbon-fibre outsole
The adjustable lace-up upper is paired with the Z1 PRO carbon-fibre outsole for underfoot support during road cycling. Vibram® rubber contact areas support grip and comfort when walking or pushing the bike.
FIDLOCK® quick release
The quick-release cord fastener simplifies opening the lacing system, making the shoe easier to put on and take off.
Road cleat compatibility
A three-bolt interface accommodates compatible road cleats. Match your cleats to your pedal system and check bolt thread, bolt length and the specified tightening torque before installation.
Size & fit guide
Z-Lace uses the Z1 series sizing guide. The table below shows recommended foot measurements in millimetres, not internal shoe dimensions.
Measure both feet while standing, from the heel to the longest toe.
Measure across the widest part of each forefoot.
Select your size according to the larger foot, checking both length and width against the table.
The recommended foot lengths already account for approximately 8 mm of space relative to the internal last length; do not add this allowance again when using this table. The catalogue recommends approximately 5–8 mm between measured foot width and internal last width: around 5 mm for fuller feet and around 8 mm for narrower feet.
