Step one:Measure your foot length

  • Tips for accurately measuring your feet:

    • When wearing cycling socks, measure the size of your feet while standing. The measured value should be a 3-digit number in millimeters.
    • Example: 253 mm or 25.3 cm
    • Two-digit measurements, such as “25 cm”, do not provide enough data to determine the size

    1. Trace the shape of the foot on a piece of paper. It is recommended to use two pens with the pen tips fixed on the same horizontal line to ensure that the drawn line is perpendicular to the paper. Use a ruler to draw the best lines on the four sides. Farther away,
    2. Length measurement (points 1 to 2 as shown below). Use a millimeter ruler to measure the longest distance from the heel to the longest toe (first or second toe).
    3. Width measurement (points 3 to 4 as shown in the picture below). Use a millimeter ruler to measure the widest distance of your foot from side to side.
    4. Repeat the steps for the other foot to complete the measurement.

KIND TIPS

  • Need to increase one size — After measuring foot length, bump up one size.
  • Need to lose 5–8 mm — Subtract 5–8 mm from measured foot width for fit.
  • Wear tighter shoes if necessary — Subtract 8–10 mm from width for a snug fit.
