We ship Zuatu online orders from Slovenia using reliable tracked delivery services. The available shipping method and final cost are shown at checkout for your selected country and order value.

Shipping rates

These rates apply to standard consumer orders placed online. The shipping options and total shown at checkout are authoritative. Prices may be displayed in your local currency.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Orders are processed on business days. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier service, local holidays and customs processing. The estimated delivery window shown in your order confirmation or carrier tracking is the most accurate estimate available.

Pre-order, made-to-order or temporarily unavailable products may require additional time. Any different dispatch estimate will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated by our team.

Carriers and tracking

We use DPD for many European deliveries and DHL Express or another trusted tracked carrier for selected international destinations. The carrier is chosen according to the destination and service availability. All parcels are securely packed, and a tracking link is sent by email after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union do not normally incur import duties. For destinations outside the EU, local VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs clearance can occasionally extend the delivery time. Zuatu cannot control or predict charges imposed by local authorities.

Shipping address

Please select the correct shipping country and check your full address, postal code, phone number and email before completing checkout. We can only ship an order to an address within the country selected in the store. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address change or rerouting may no longer be possible and may incur additional carrier fees.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, your parcel appears lost, or the package arrives visibly damaged, contact us at info@zuatucycling.eu with your order number. For visible damage, please also include photos of the outer packaging and the product so we can assist you promptly.
